Terms of Service

These terms apply to use of OAMIS websites, OAMIS Trade, OAMIS Marketing and related services. By creating an account, submitting an enquiry or using the service, you agree to use OAMIS services responsibly and for lawful business purposes.

Service

OAMIS Trade helps trade and field-service businesses manage customers, sites, quotes, jobs, scheduling, workers, materials, expenses, invoices, reports and related documents.

OAMIS Marketing provides enquiry-led business services including website design, branding, advertising strategy and management, SEO, social media and lead-generation support.

Marketing services

Marketing outcomes depend on your market, budget, offer, competition, assets and execution. OAMIS does not guarantee leads, revenue, search rankings, advertising performance or specific commercial results. Advertising spend is paid separately from OAMIS management or service fees where applicable.

Accounts and company workspaces

You are responsible for keeping sign-in details secure, inviting only authorised users and maintaining accurate company, customer, job and billing information in your workspace.

Trials, subscriptions and payment

OAMIS Trade pricing, enabled products, allowances, billing arrangements, any trial period, contract dates and cancellation terms are confirmed in your company agreement. Company owners and admins can manage payment details, invoices and the billing options available under that agreement through the billing portal when connected. Contact OAMIS to discuss changes to your agreement.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt to access another company's data, upload unlawful content, interfere with platform security or use OAMIS Trade in a way that breaches applicable law.

Business records and downloads

You remain responsible for the accuracy of your business records, quotes, invoices, tax treatment, attachments and downloaded documents. OAMIS Trade provides operational software and does not replace professional accounting, legal or tax advice.

Availability and support

OAMIS works to keep the service reliable and secure, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates or events outside our control. Support enquiries can be sent to jake@oamis.co.uk.

Changes

OAMIS may update these terms as the service develops. Continued use of the service after changes are published means the updated terms apply.
